Over the past few months I copyedited and formatted a brilliant, massively annotated collection of E. W. Hornung’s Raffles stories. Sarah and Genevieve Morrison collected original illustrations and provided a whopping 1,042 scholarly footnotes, ranging from the history of the Royal Gold Cup, cricket terminology and the technology of hattery to comments on continuity, proper dating of each story’s events based on clues, and relevant Gilbert and Sullivan lyrics.

If you’re unfamiliar with the adventures of the gentleman thieves Raffles and Bunny, this is as good a collection as any, and its Kindle formatting is professional quality, if I do say so myself. If you’re a fan already, get it for the notes!
